on tap-pours a thin white head and copper color. Aroma is sweet light/medium malt-caramel, some spice hops. Taste is sweet light/medium malt-caramel/bready, some spice hops. First 1/3 had a detractor that came thru in the after taste, a sourness/sharpness. This was less apparent for the next 2/3, so 3.3

Mild, sweet malty aroma with light toast. Almost clear, pretty dark rusty color. Thin, sparse head. A little toasty, a little cereal sweetness, very lightly tart. Medium body. Biscuity in the high palate and finish. Dry-bitter. Decent, just unremarkable.

Shockoe Brew Fest. Medium amber, nice white head. Cookie and floral aroma. Clean flavor matched the nose, light bodied but not thin. Not bad at all. Touch of a bite from carbonation.
