| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 13, 2004 Pours a bronze body with a small white head. Aroma is sweetned malts blended with toffee and hops. The taste is nicely hopped with some pleasant malt sweetness to balance it out. Pretty much a standard English Pale Ale but is nicely done. Mouthfeel is relatively smooth. The finish is slightly bitter due to the hop character. Pretty decent beer.
