In the spirit of the Belgian farmhouse ales, we present this saison ale. Fermented with a weizen yeast, this wheat beer is pale in color, fruity with a little sourness, unfiltered and overall interestingly complex.

Clear golden body, white head. Fruity hoppy flavour, sour fruit aroma. I’m not much of a saison fan.

Hazy straw body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange, some clove. Taste is medium sweet, orange, lemon sour, some banana. Light body, some effervescence.

Cloudy golden body with a thin white head. Belgian yeast aroma, banana as well. Light sourness, citrus and spices, very nice. Good ending.

Draft at the brewpub, 8/26/06: No light gets through this orange-straw beer. Sweet lemon-lime tartness. Wow ... tangy! Almost puckerish.

Hazy golden body with a small white head. Sweet fruity aroma. Sweet fruit flavor, some sour hints and a bit of spice, with some subtle apple hints.
