Commercial Description:
This unfiltered wheat beer loaded with raspberry flavor and aroma. We used more than a half pound of pureéd raspberries per gallon. The color is an opaque, rosy amber. This brew is a sweet treat with a light sugary body.
Malt: 2 Row, Wheat, Caramel 30L
Hops: U.S. Perle

Growler from brewpub. Cloudy red body with a medium frothy light red head. Very sweet raspberry aroma with light wheat hints. Sweet raspberry and light wheat flavor and a slight sour edge. Medium body and medium carbonation with a smooth fruity finish.

on tap-pours an off white head with bubbles and copper/red color. Aroma is raspberry, grain. Taste is sweet raspberry, grain. Finishes tart. Not bad for a fruit beer. Has some liveliness.

Growler sample courtesy of maniac, after lugging his tv up. Deep pinkish amber. Raspberry aroma. Flavor is lightly of sweet raspberry and some wheat also. Not a lot to it, but definitely OK.

I have to say I really liked this one. Not too sweet. Raspberry, wheat, and fruit flavor. Finishes smooth, crisp, and clean.
