Alround just a really well made cider that i ended up sessioing over 8 other ales. A sour appley taste, vinegary and a bit musty, but then a sweetish fruit flavour comes through in the finish. (Cask - The Fox & Hounds, Heacham, Norfolk). Apple aroma with cinammon notes and some rustic, leathery, dusty character, oak notes. Medium body, dry, tart finish.
