Feb 8, 2007 Pours a deep golden color with minimal head. Aroma of hops and mild fruits. Flavor was malt, banana bread, caramel and bitter hops. Well balanced, I liked the way the hops were present throughout, even with the big malt taste. Enjoyable brew.

Jan 30, 2007 Not much of an aroma here but some light caramel or honey scents. Crystal clear visibilty through a gold ale. Some foaming at the top fo the beer. The flavor is rather bland with only minor notes of a euro hop and semi sweet malt.

Jan 27, 2007 shared with dragonstout. Golden yellow color. Hoppy, with a lot of carbonation. Light bodied for a winter ale. Not impressed.

Jan 26, 2007 Shared this with Elmatador.Opened this one and the aromas of hops escape and hit you.pours a nice golden color with lots of carbonation.Yep its got hops.I am not a hop head but for what they are trying to achieve they did ok.This was crisp and the taste was left on my palate too long.Nothing special here.

Jan 20, 2007 Bottle Pours a slightly hazy deep golden witha nice white head that sticks around, coating the glas with thin sheets of lacing. Aroma is slightly papery, light malts, a bit lemony. Flavor is basic malty pale ale, I supose I can detect the "American Cascade" hops in there, but admittedly not untill after I read about it. Noting special, but managed to finish the "1pt .9 oz" on the wierd Brit bottle.

Jan 17, 2007 Bottle. Hmm the brewer makes it sound really hoppy in his description but it is far from it. It is ok with malts and a bit of toffee but it is very subdued on the hops.
Pours with a copper color and not much of a head. A bit on the thin side as well, so all in all an average beer, nothing to go gaga over.

Jan 17, 2007 Bottle. Rich amber beer with a low off-white head. Caramel malt aroma with floral and citrus. Caramel malt flavor with grassy, floral hop backing. Slight bitterness. Medium body. LIngering hops.

Jan 14, 2007 Pours pale yellow with medium off white head that lasts well. Nose is floral and pine hops. Flavor is well balanced between malt, pine hops, very syrupy and semi-sweet. Finish is bitter and rather oily. Overall brilliant.
