Nov 1, 2008 Bottle, bought @ Kolding Vinhandel.
Pours a great, clear golden with a good, large, creamy, white head. A big deal of bubbles surging upwards. Sweet aroma, good biscuity malts, some sweet, fruity hoppiness. Medium carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is nice, good fat maltiness, bready, biscuity and caramel. Some clear, definite hops - quite fruity ones with notes of grapefruit, banana and pine. Very refreshing beer.

Sep 1, 2008 Light orange colored with cloudy appearance. Medium sized yellow head. Sweet hopped aroma with some aromatic perfume, chocolate, lemon and mild plum. Medium bodied. Flavor is rich with lemon and caramel in start, strong bitterness in dry aftertaste. Still some chocolate lasts. Well, too bitter after so sweet and sugary start.

Aug 30, 2008 Bottle 2007. Pouurs cloud yellow with medium white head. Estery fruity and warmilngly alcoholic. Bananas and lime. A hint of bakers yeast. Sweet orangey and soft. Flavor is soft malty with oranges and lime. Slightly sour grapey finish.

Jun 1, 2008 Shared w/ Juart. Pours a clear amber color. Small thick fizzy head. Disappeared very quickly. The nose is brown sugar, some plum, grassy, and some mint? From the taste, if you didn’t tell me it was a Christmas ale, I wouldn’t know. A little bitter caramel flavor, some grassy grainy flavors, but not really any of the spice from the nose common in X-mas ales. Medium body without much carbonation.

May 27, 2008 Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet hoppy combined with notes of elderberries. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of elderberries, oranges, flowers, hops, and perfume, leading to a dry finish.

May 15, 2008 500ml Bottle. Light golden color with a thin head. Flavor is fruity and taste has a hint of fruitiness. It reminds me of a pale IPA. It is an okay beer that everyone will like but none will think it is a fantastic beer. So by all standards a very drinkable beer that one can drink over and over again. =)

May 13, 2008 This the kind of stuff that is just okay by any real standards but kind of fun to drink over the holidays once and a while. Toffee malt nose, with some sweet bready maltiness, some bitter citrusy hops come through in the finish. Not overly complex, but not trying to be anything it’s not, reather gimmicky, but fun label artwork.
