Bottle. Black with a beige foam. Aromas are earthy bitter coffee with smoky notes. Some underlying sweetness. Flavours are roast burnt malts with sorghum sweetness. Some winter fruit. Dry and peppery on the finish.

Bottle. Head is initially small, frothy, light brown, mostly diminishing. Body is dark brown. Aroma is moderately malty (chocolate, roasted grain, stale nuts). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly husky. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. Dreadfully dull with a grainy finish.

Black body with hints of garnet at the edges. The thick head is light brown, like a brown sugar color. The aroma has some prunes and dark bread. There is also some cocoa powder. The taste has some rich notes of toasted bread and some prunes. Finishes fairly dry. A decent brew, with some distracting and harsh carbonation.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, dark brown with a redish hue and a dense and creamy beige head. Fruity aroma - both dried and overripe fruits. Quite full-bodied with sweet dried fruits and some port accents. Subdued bitterness. 210908

Medium statured light brown head, retention is fair with nice scattered lacing. Dark brown brew with a ruby glow when held up to the light, pretty. Nose is faint, black patent, light vinous and chocolatey aromas, faint roast, lightly dusty. Body is medium, fairly carbonated, lightly chalky. Dry maltiness, roast, coffee, cocoay notes, bittersweet chocolate, light coffeeness and a tad burnt. Dry, roasty finish. Better than expected. 500 ml. Bottle procured @statelineliquors.

Bottle. Pours black with dispesed tan head. failry similar to original guinness with undelying tobacco and quite an aggressive bite, some liquorice, big roasted malt aroma. Great bottle

Bottle at Stockholm beer festival. Strange foam with big bubles. Aroma with chocolates and burnt malts. Harsh black malts in the taste and litle sweetness. Some bitterness but not balanced.
