Near opaque black color with a huge frothy tan head. Aromas of toasted malt, coffee and light chocolate. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Starts with toasted, very, very lightly smoked, malt, and some coffee bitter with a touch of milk chocolate sweetness. Finishes rather bitter, though perhaps a little watery. Drinks very well. Light sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied.
