Jan 5, 2008 500 ml bottle. Poured a clear medium orange color. Head was two fingers high and off white with good retention and lacing. Aroma was of caramel, light citrusy hops, and an occasional whiff of milk chocolate. Slightly sweet with mild to moderate hop bitterness that peaks at about 4 out of 10. Ample carbonation. I tasted malty caramel and subdued flowery hops. Pretty good. Reminded me of an APA.

Jan 4, 2008 Poured a cleer deep golden color with a medium off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma with some very light hop notes. Malty flavor. Again real light on the hops. Ehh.

Jan 1, 2008 Bottled, consumed 01/01/08. Clear golden pour with lively carbonation and moderate head. Nutmeg/cinnamon aroma with peppery note. Barely sweet fruity flavor (peach) with a bit of spice and some butter flavor, too. Bitter note on aftertaste. Good balance for the most part. Not bad.

Dec 31, 2007 50cl bottle- Dark golden in colour with a white head. Hoppy, peachy aroma. The taste is mildly hoppy and bitter with a nicely balanced malt and hop aftertaste. Quite a good beer and very drinkable for the strength!
