Commercial Description:
Yeeow! Especially for the holidays, a brown ale with real attitude! The malts used to make Warm Welcome are roasted to give a hearty amber-brown color and a warm, rounded nutty taste. This fine ale is dedicated to all you curious brew-lovers out there who ever had serious questions about Santa's supposed arrival by way of the chimney. (How does he do that, anyway?)

Pours a cloudy copper. Not as dark as I would expect for the style. large head. Not much of a nose at all. If there is one it is ever so slightly sweet. Taste is medium sweet, hints of mandarin orange syrup. Not citrus just that knd of taste.Slight nutts and mildly creamy finish. Drinkable but not memorable. Payed 1.99 out of the bargain cart. It’s worth about that for the pint bottle that I can use for homebrew. I does taste fairly fresh for a beer that came across the pond. Solid but no where near where it needs to be for a nut brown.

Starts with a nice head. Copper colored. Malts, brown sugar, caramel, and nuttiness, in the smell. Taste is toasty, malty, and some spices. Seems a little off.

Bottel. [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Large fin bubbled beige head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Clear golden color. Aroma of nutty, grain, caramel, fruit. Over the palate came toasted malt, spice. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness. Nutty and fruity finish. 6 / 3 / 6 / 3 / 14

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Breadish and mild spiced aroma. Flavour goes the same way with a light spice bitterness into the finish. Nice one, uncomplicated.

Bottle. Clear golden coloured with a huge off white ehad. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and hops. Fruity flavour of caramel, hops and grape fruits. Hoppy finish.
