Organic beer that pours a slightly unclear amber body under a moderate brownish head. Grain and malt in aroma. Careful taste of fresh bread with the support of a raisin texture. Yeasty hops in the finish (21.06.2007).

Jan 4, 2007 Aroma of citrus, grassy hops and some caramel malts. Hazy, orange coloured with a thin off-white head. Taste is slightly sweet and more sour in the end. Grassy hops, citron, some caramel notes. Very fresh and nicely. Nice fresh/dry palate. Enjoyable brew.

Oct 4, 2006 Pours cloudy amber, with a small off-white head. Strong and interesting fruity aroma, with toffee, banana, apple and some spicy hops. Great feel in the mouth, very smooth and complex, with a good solid bitterness. Flavours of caramel, earthy hops, and a light grain. The finish is a little fruity and sweet. Very enjoyable.
