Commercial Description:
The rustic taste of this exceptional beer is due to both barley and wheat malt and the use of original emmer and spelt. A fantastic earthy taste! Of very high quality!

Bottled. Very aromatic, floral, some herbs, hint of cookie. Cloudy, brown color, beige creamy head, good lace. Neutral start but fruity, malty, floral, light herbal finish. Smooth/soft mouthfeel. Wasn’t expecting this at all. Not complex but very flavorful and great palate.

Bottle. Cloudy amber coloured with an off white head. Sweet aroma of malts and caramel with notes of butterscotsch. Flavour of malts and caramel with notes of butterscotsch and light acidic notes.

Hazy amber color, small white head, some lace. Dry barley-malty (oat?) aroma. Very "bio-organic- like" flavor: slightly sweet, hay, wheat, rye, oat and banana in the flavor. Quite flat mouthfeel. Too sugary, too flat, complex but unbalanced.

(Bottled) Hazy darkish amber color with a white small head. Very fruity, sweetish aroma with rye and wheat. Quite acidic, sweetish flavor with sahti-like maltiness. Medium-bodied, low-carbonated palate. A quite pleasant, balanced brew with several grains present.

Bottled. Dark copper coloured, small white head. Aroma of caramel, malts and hops. Flavour is vegetably, malty, ryeish with smooth hints of hops. Quite sweet too. Aftertaste is sweet cooked vegetables. Interesting brew, but didn’t suit my taste that well.

Bottle. Muddy brown colour with a big white head. Malty, corny rye bread aroma and taste, great! Medium body with a sweet corny finish. What a great beer!!!

(bottle) Cloudy amber colour with a small and creamy off-white head. Aroma of toasted malts with caramel, yeasts and a touch of citrus/lemon. Slight sweet flavour, light body. Initially slightly roastmalty with caramel, yeasts and a dry & short but tasty and a bit tart finish.

Bottled. Cloudy brown colour. Big white head with a very fine lacing. Complex, but not overly strong aroma. Yeasty, citrus fruity, toffeish and malty. Tastes yeasty, lightly caramelly and has a somewhat prominent vinegary acidity. Raisiny and wheaty. Ends a bit watery. Interesting beer, but I find the wheat flavours to be a bit too dominant, pushing other interesting flavours to the side. One 330ml bottle is probably not enough to rate this sufficiently.
