Commercial Description:
The rustic taste of this exceptional beer is due to both barley and wheat malt and the use of original emmer and spelt. A fantastic earthy taste! Of very high quality!

A red-brown beer with a fine but disappearing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of roasted bread, citrus, and oranges. The flavor is just sweet malty with notes of roasted bread.

(Bottle 33 cl) Very beautiful - and slightly hazy - amber colour with a nice head, that never really disappears. Incredibly malty from the five different grains in this beer as indicated in the beer’s name. Impressive! Very soft and sweetish from the loads of malt with a very discreet bitterness. Massive sediment - not typical for Germany. And this beers keeps surprising: it’s both organic and top-fermented. Excellent. 030305

Bottled. Cloudy orangey brown Restrained estery orange aroma. Fruity and cellary, notes of peaches and orange peels. Medium bodied. Peculiar, but likable.

Bottle, 5.0%. Buttery aroma. Cloudy amber colour, small white head. Buttery, sourish flavour. Thin mouthfeel. Seems flawed, which I did not expect from Riedenburg.

Bottled. Dark copper coloured, small white head. Aroma of caramel, malts and hops. Flavour is vegetably, malty, ryeish with smooth hints of hops. Quite sweet too. Aftertaste is sweet cooked vegetables. Interesting brew, but didn’t suit my taste that well.
