It’s hazy/unclear warm golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, newly harvested grain and a field of flowers. The flavor has a light, soft sweetness and notes of newly harvested grain, malt and a lot of wild flowers. It pleasantly soft and easy to drink.

Oct 17, 2009 Bottle. 5.0 ABV bought in Italy. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Mango notes. Light bitter flavor. Moderate bitter average finish. Watery palate. Quite boring.

Light unclear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, sweet malt, sweet butter, peas. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090911]

Aug 31, 2009 Very clean and crisp beer! Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Great lacing. A bit of bread and lemon in the smell with the same taste and a great hop balance to the sweet. Refreshing and enjoyable. Will drink again.

Aug 23, 2009 Midday cheeky on the bus to Pisa. Bright golden with a fine mistiness and fluffy white head. Sweet hay, biscuity malt, impression of tangerine peel, slight nutty vegetative aroma. Crisp and pleasant lager exuding class after the Italian macro bilge I’ve been swilling. Grassy and candied orange hops, lemon zest, slight almond, peanut, well- judged bite of dryness, retronasal bready, biscuity and fresh. An organic effort that puts others to shame. Flawless, tasty and clean. Could happily tuck another one away right now.

Jun 24, 2009 bottle, bought in a Getränkemarkt somewhere in the Hallertau. Hazy golden colour with an amber glow, mid-sized white head. Fruiyt nose. Malty with hints of nuts, slightly fruity with some dusty flavours. Slightly yeasty.
