Thx to Joris. Clear light amber pour with nice head. In the nose, some dried nuts, slight malty with notes of alcohol and almonds. The taste is rather malty with notes of little Mexican sweet bananas. Well balanced, most enjoying and higly drinkable. Aftertaste is quite dry with little bitterness. The best bock for me up to now.

Swing top bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Pale amber color. Malty bready aroma with hints of roast and butter. Malty sweetish flavor. Bready and buttery. Hint of roast. Full bodied and well rounded. Just a touch of alcohol. Lovely!

bottle. Amber colur, oily appearance, medium-sized head. Flavour of roasted malts, spices and herbs, although a bit thin perhaps for 7.2%.

Bottle. Clear amber color with a average frothy to creamy good lacing light off-white head. Aroma is ligth to moderate malty, toffee, roasted, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. The is a good and fresh bock. :o)

courtesy of Laurent Mousson - very clear pale amber colour, big creamy white foam; aroma of honey, almonds; medium to full-bodied; slightly oily aftertaste of honey with a late touch of alcohol - the 7,2% are not really apparent

A very nice looking golden-amber beer with a slight yellow white head. Aroma is elegant, malty, nutty and there are lots of cereal hints going on. It is left up by an interesting touch of fresh herbs, dry wood and all kind of aromatic nuts. The taste is well in ballance, and the nutty-malty caracter is the "file-rouge" in this highly drinkable and very tasty beer. Thanks Joris and Sebastian for this tasty and elegant bock-beer.

Huge, dense and miscellaneous yellowish head, tenacious; over amber-shot golden beer. Nutty nose, sweet-bready (but not cloying), (autumn)leafy again. Alcohol seeps into the smell. Sweet, alcoholic, almond, caramalt. Quite complex without advertising it. Iodium? Superbly balanced, by any means. Slightly viscous, oily, very slick and creamy, not in the least because of the alcohol. This is a good Bock! Thanks very much, Sebastian!

Bottled:
Sweetish malty aroma. Light amber color, huge white head. Malty sweet flavor, alcohol, sherry and bitter almond notes. Light banana sweetness. Finish with notes of bitter almonds and a dry long finish. All in all a bit unbalanced.
