Commercial Description:
A deep amber ale. This looks so pretty you won’t want to drink it. But those that did, demanded the return. Malty mouth with a toasty finish.

Draft sample at MBG Winterfest 2009. Poured dark amber color with a moderate fizzy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate tart citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable brew.

MIBGWF 09. Pours a dark amber color with some reddish highlights, head is cream colored. Aroma is malt, light citrus. Flavor is malt, caramel, light citrus. Palate is medium bodied, medium carbonation, finished on the sweet side. Average.
