gary07734 (141), Tyne & Wear, England Jul 12, 2008 On tap in Newcaslte area. Standard, golden english pint pour. Taste is nice, distinct hops, fresh and grassy with a moderated bitter flavour. Very enjoyable, one of the best pints I’ve tasted lately. Reccomended.
Geth_in_beer (670), Nova Scotia, Canada Aug 9, 2008 Bottle. Sweet honey aroma. Clear copper in colour with a thin lace. Sweet but bitter flavour. Little spicy maybe. m,malty finish. Beth101 (108), West Yorkshire, England Aug 4, 2008 Was amber in colour. Had a lemon flavour. had no head. Slight carbonation. Had a hoppy flavour. bobinlondon (220), Harrow, Greater London, England Jun 23, 2008 Updated: Jun 24, 2008Somewhat lacking in flavour compared to samples I’ve had in the past. Now that Ringwood is part of Marstons do they still source their ingredients from the same suppliers? Fair body and subtle dry finish. oh6gdx (5901), Vaasa, Finland May 25, 2008 Cask. Orangeish golden colour with mediumsized white creamy head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is fruits, sweet malts as well as some mild grassy and nectary notes. Flavour is fruity and flowery hops along with some hints of grass. An OK brew.
