Cask version. Clear amber in color with a large dense white head.Distinctive fruity aroma mixed with some subtle hops.Slight touch of diacetyl to go alone with mild hops and a dose of malt.Quite refreshing and an easy drinking ale.

Carmelly nose with a little spiciness. Small, eggshell head that lasts a while. Healthy carbonation for an English style ale. Good caramel malt flavor with some fruitiness from the yeast and a decent balancing hop bitterness. A little bit of buttery flavor as well. Good hop flavor in the finish. This seems to be more of an ESB. Decent English session beer that is made here, so the price is untouchable. Better and much cheaper than Bass. BTW, this brewery lists ABV at 5.9%.

I have seen many descriptions of this beer, but I believe it is sort of a pale ESB, and a good one at that. Ringwood fruitiness with a nice hop flavor make this a good quality ale.

Caramelly, roasted malt aroma. Slow carbonation with an off-white head and amber body. Caramelly flavor. Good session quality. Rich enough without being overpowering. Very solid. A good go-to beer.

Bottle. Pours dark amber with a creamy white head. Aroma is sweet and spicy with floral hops evident as well. Rich caramel malty flavor with a nice bitter and spicy finish. Medium body and mild carbonation.

Amber/copper color with a frothy white head. Nothing significant to the aroma but it was pleasant. Good, bitter flavor.
