Had this beer at Federal Jack’s. Really great place. Sweet buttery English Bitter with nice lacing. Color was also quite nice at Dark Gold. Just the right carbonation for me. Some lemon notes and a classical Bitter finish

What an uninteresting beer. Pours a light amber with a very small white head. Not much going on with the aroma. A little malty maybe, but very unassuming. A bit of an alcohol burn on the backend. And 5.9%! There are many better beers I’d let chisel into my sobriety. Thoroughly average kind of "meh" beer.

Pours reddish amber with a modest off-white head. Some lacing. Aroma is floral. Taste is dark hop bitterness with some sweet malts. Slight cider note. Bitter citrus grapefruit finish. Bottle had "best by" date April ’08. Don’t know when it was brewed. Pretty good beer. Certainly a bit different than most.

12 ounce bottle- poured out a slightly amber yellow with a moderate white head. Aroma had some citrus backers hidden behind the hops. Taste was not unpleasant, had an IPA feel to it, without the IPA bitterness. Average.

12 ounce bottle, from Glenville beverage. Off white head, nice appearance. Malty, nutty, hoppy, it is an extra special beer. I liked it and will get this one again.

Bottle pours a clear copper color with a medium foamy white head. Mild aroma of malt and hops. Sweet, bitter flavor with some hoppiness, but not much else.

Woody and buttery cherry aroma. Muddy ochre pour, headless. Flavorless and tinny. Bitter without character. Diacetyl present.

bottle. pours amber with a thin head. smells like chemicals, sour and acrid. taste is similar to the smell only better with a nutty character. has a chalky feel in the mouth. I just can’t get past that smell. every time I put the glass to my lips I inhale a lung full of awful. poured out 3/4 of it.
