Nice head development yet reduces to nothing. Sweet aromas include red spice. Full nectar with good effers. Rich and malty with flavors of sweet bread and cinnamon. The finish is bittered well. This beer goes well with Blue Diamond Almonds "Bold" wasabi & soy sauce. A brilliant pair. Discovered by accident. Barrios (858), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jul 14, 2009 Pours a beige head fading into legs and a hazy amber body. Aromas of oatmeal, dung, cheddar cheese, and dogfood. Flavor is caramel, ceral malts, and a hint of dogfood. Decent body, sweet, under carbonated, like cough syrup. Flavor was decent but aroma and palate were basically apalling. curly (624), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jun 16, 2009 Hazy reddish brown with very little head. Aroma is caramel but has mold and dirt notes. Taste was not as bad as expected but certainly not great. Very murky, funky hop, overly sweet and thin, reminicent of cough syrup. I hope they brew better beers than this in Lithuania. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 10, 2009 Single bottle purchased at Simone’s in Lakewood. Pour is a pale yellow with almost no head. Aroma is the grassy sweet notes of a strong cheap lager. Flavor is much the same, too fruity and sweet. It does make me think it would be good on a hot day in some crap bar some night after a European hooker just stole my passport and wallet. Don’t know why it made me think of that.. lithy (1725), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 12, 2009 Dark golden honey color with a short creamy white head. Flavor is very herbal, grassy, and piles of alcohol. Taste is big maltiness, sweet, some grassiness, then another heap of alcohol warmth. DrDavid (957), Johnson, Vermont, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 2, 2009 Bottle. Very sweet malt aroma. Golden body, off-white head. Flavor is sweet syrupy malt, and alcohol. Not very good. Butters (1652), Virginia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 23, 2008 What a wild beer! pours a clearish golden amber with dissipating white head. Aroma is actually quite pilsner in style, very grassy, not a hint of alcohol, enjoyable. Flavor is another story. There is a grainy alcohol flavor, and more grassiness. Alcohol becomes even more evident in the finish, somewhat boozy. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, and a prick of carbonation and alcohol. For packing such a high octane punch, but for a pilsner taste, it gets a few extra points in my book. Shag (1923), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 31, 2008 A golden appearance with a moderate white head. The aroma isn’t bad, quite malty with some lemons, table sugar, and a candy aspect to it. The flavor is rather sweet with some lemons, candy sugars, and a hint of alcohol. The beer doesn’t taste bad but its a bit cloying with a syrupy finish. Overall better than I expected and nothing horrid but certainly not a session lager.
