I could tell that Kyle was quite thrilled to bring out a couple of new beers that I hadn’t tried yet. This was a surprise - thought it might be a porter from what we could read of the label. Poured dark amber brown, mostly clear with some decent head and lacing. Interesting combination of caramel / burnt sugar, and a roasty hoppy finish. Traditional ale? - sure, it’d be hard to classify it as anything else! Oakes (8101), gone rambling, Cambodia
