Gold with a thinwhite head. Yeasty nose with some fruitiness, a bit off or skunky. Flavor is sweet and malty with some bread, fruit and corn. Meh.

bottle. golden clarity and thin white head. fnuky aroma, grain, sour white wine. I like lobster but I don’t like this beer. Taste of grain, sourness, industrial funk. Why bother importing. Stuck with it for a 1/4 of the bottle. terrible.

Poured from a bottle a very pale straw yellow hue with a thin white head. Nose of cheap adjunct ingredients such as corn and rice. Not creamy enough for this style. Some bitterness in the finish, but over all quite awful. A drain dumper.

PALE straw colored pour with a with a thin quickly disappearing white head. aroma is cheap lager yeast skunk, straw and lemon fruitiness. flavor’s the same... a bit on the sweet side with a mildly bitter crisp finish. light to medium bodied and lacking a soul...

500 ml bottle

The bar was set very low for this $1.99 bottle which I only picked up because it was from Lithuania. I figured that rather than pick up all four possibilities (two Werewolf plus the 9.5% version of this) I would first give one a try. I’m not going back for more anytime soon. The only reason to sample this is to get a new country. Otherwise move right on down the shelf to the other options.

Aroma / Appearance - A one finger head produced a stark white contrast to the transparent golden body underneath. The body was carbonated as one would expect for a cheap fizzy lager. The nose was totally offputting - skunk, lemon and wheat flakes. It was memorable only for being so bad. You might mistake it for a typical American light beer.

Flavor / Palate - Watery grain mingled with diluted lemon juice. It was more like frozen lemonade mixed with two parts water than an alcoholic beverage. It is dull, bland and boring. I regret the purchase even though it cost only two dollars.

Bottle. Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear medium yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (grain, husks), lightly hoppy (flowers), with a light note of soap. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly husky, slightly unclean. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Kind of soapy and grainy. Typical for the region.

500 ml bottle poured a clear gold with a small disapating white head. Aromas of straw, light yeast, light citrus and a hint of corn. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, light fruitiness anda hint of spice with a crisp slightly sweet finish.
