TN tasting at maniac’s. Side by side with the 9.5% Aroma is lighter honey and vanilla grain, which follows in flavor. Lighter in color (yellow). Easier to drink, some carbonation. Some banana, but not like a belgian.

Dark gold body witha bright white head. The aroma was bread dough with some apples. There was also some hay. The taste was metallic with some fresh wheat kernels. There was also some light potato skin. A decent and drinkable lager.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent typically carbonated yellow colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The weak aroma was mild malt and mild hop. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt hops and lambic like. An OK brew just nothing special.

Bottle from the Binny’s in Plainfield, IL. It poured a rich golden body with a fizzy head that vanished pretty quickly. Not a lot of promise in the aroma - corny and almost chemical like. The flavor was sweet and grainy with a dollop of honey and an odd bitterness to balance it out. Actually fairly drinkable, but probably not repeatable.

Golden crystal clear color with a thin white head. Aroma is lightly spicy, lightly sweet, but fairly benign. Flavor is a fairly well balanced pilsner - yes, it would probably go great with lobster as it is not a very flavorful beer and would not overpower the subtle sweet flavor of the lobster. Cheers!

Clear golden with white, pillowy, almost instantaneously dissapearing head. Light sugary sweetness and hidden cloved spice to smell. Rounded, almost watery body is punctuated by a thinned malt mid palate and a soft twingy spice, and a faint musty taste of fruit, albeit watery. Despite the muted flavors and overall "...eh" eastern eruo vibe, I felt that this brew was particularly tasty for what it is. Not too bad.

500 ml bottle poured a clear gold with a small disapating white head. Aromas of straw, light yeast, light citrus and a hint of corn. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, light fruitiness anda hint of spice with a crisp slightly sweet finish.

Pours a three finger white head that fades quickly leaving traces of lace. Crystal clear, pale amber color. Not much of any nose. Light carbonation and light bodied. Flavor is light malt, sweet caramel finish. Suitable as a lawnmower beer - no need to reorder this one. $4.00 for a 500ml bottle from Tullys Beer & Wine Wells, Me.
