50 cl. Medium-sized, creamy lasting head on this clear, deep golden beer. Honey malt nose. Sweet honey malt, slight perfume and corn tastes, with some alcohol notes and slight but bitter-grassy hops on the end. Smooth creamy palate with some hop and alcohol tingle on the end. Fair example of the style, but a bit sweet.

Bottle. Pours a brilliant golden with a large white head that lasts leaving good lacing. Aroma of floral and spicy hops with just a hint of sweet malt. Taste is sweet malt, spicy & floral hops. Medium mouthfeel with a soft well balanced bitterness and crisp finish. The alcohol is well hidden making it easy to drink. Good.

Bottle from Belmont Party. Poured a clear golden color with an average frothy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Moderate graasy hop aroma. Medium body. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Drinkable brew.

Golden color, great clarity, perpetual white head. Aroma is spicy, earthy noble hops and not too much more. Flavor, at first, is caramelly and malty followed by earthy and spicy hops. Finish is clean with mild to moderate bitterness. A nicely flavored beer. Old rating, just added.

Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is mild with a slight hint of grain. Flavor is light and with a taste of grains along with a weak finish.

Bottle: Misty gold, no head nor lacing. Nose of corn, grass and hop. Bright alcohol and sweet malts. The flavor is balanced but has that same cheap malt liquor finish, sweet corn, alcohol and just harsh and sloppy.

The aroma has elements of typical eastern European beers mixed with a little oil based paint. Yes paint. Of course there is the grainy malt and floral hops but the rancid paint smell is all that stands out. The appearance is pale gold with a decent amount of carbonation but not a huge head. The flavor does not taste like paint (I’m guessing) but it’s acidic and a little sour. The sweetness; artificial. The bitterness; chemical. The palate; thin. This is impossible to finish.
