500 mL bottle from the place next to the Libation Station in Johnson City, TN. Pours a clear dark orange amber with a thin head. Aroma is grainy, sweet malts and raisin and toffee. Taste is toffee, grain, dark fruits, light booze. Slightly tart. Medium bodied.

Pours a copper color with teenie white head. Then aroma is fruity and boozy. Taste is pretty bad a first, but as you keep drinking it gets a little better. Lots of booze and malt flavor. Same alcohol content as 211, but this is a lot better.

From the 1 pt. 0.9 fl. oz bottle marked L.67287. The pour is a slightly clouded copper with practically no head or lacing. The aroma is ridiculously sweet and malty. It’s like smelling a caramel flavored ice cream sundae. Medium mouthfeel. The taste is wickedly sweet to the point of extreme but these are sweet malts and a huge dose of brewer’s sugar I would bet. You would barely know you are drinking an 8.2% ABV beer until you feel it a bit later.

Thanks Butters. Bottle poured a golden amber body with an off-white head. Smells like caramel corn. Taste is cracker jacks. Palate is just hopped enough to give some semblance of balance.

Sampled side-by-side with the low alc version. Pours a clearish burnt orange color with fading light khaki head. Cool label and reasonably priced. Very sweet caramel and vanilla with a hint of fruity hop. Good brew.

Bottle shared by bgburdman. Pours a clear deep amber color with a smallish soapy white head. Aroma is malty, toast. Flavor is malt, toast, caramel, light fruit notes. Palate is medium bodied, medium carbonation, finished sweet. Decent, didn’t think this was any were near as bad as I was expecting or as the avg would indicate.

Bottle from Abraxas on South Beach. Pours a very cloudy orangish color with a small whitish head. Aroma is full of sweet caramel and some nasty multi vitamin aroma. Flavor is really yucky. Sweet, caramel, chemical flavors, and as others have noted some really odd vegetal character. Didn’t even finish half a bottle. Gross.
