Bottle. Pours clear yellow, white head. Aroma is not appealing: corn syrup, alcohol, and malt. Not a good indicator of things to come. Flavor is corn, malt, alcohol (rubbing alcohol). The only thing going for this beer is its appearance. Drain pour.

.5 L bottle. Pours an orange color with a fizzy white head. Aroma is a bit fruity with something else unidentifiable. Upon tasting, this beer can bbe defined as a strange mix. Alcohol is extremely evident with a good biit of sweetness. This beer was worth a try but not a second purchase.

Bottle. Pours an orange color with lots of fizzy bubbles that don’t leave a head or lacing after the die back. Aromas are sweet (apple juice/hard cider) with some fruit (pears, among others.) Flavor is extremely sweet and there is no effort to conceal the 9+% ABV. I think that if you mixed pear juice and acetone it would taste about like this.

Bottle from Belmont Party. Poured a clear golden color with an average frothy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Moderate grassy hop and alcohol aroma. Medium body. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of short duration. Drinkable high alcohol brew.

Well, this isn’t too bad. The flavor is very strong but has a pleasant malt flavor. Don’t want to drink too much, because the alcohol tends to overpower it a bit, but it’s not bad.

bottled $2! Pours looking like a nice typical lager, clear crisp looking & even smells good, a little hops w/ a slight clue of alcohol, barely. Taste is one dimensional, old grassy hops. Alcohol is there but neither adds to or takes away from this beer. I grabbed this b/c it said xtra stout & 9%. The dark beer room @ Greens deceived me pretty terribly on the stout part, yet the alcohol is delivered quite well as a lager. Really under rated... honestly, I think if an American mirco brewed this same beer it would be better received.
