Aroma of corn and alcohol. Taste of grains, slight malt, and alcohol. Not a bad beer but not good either. PhillyBeer2112 (2087), Orange Park, Florida, USA
| 0.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 2/20 | Mar 18, 2007 Traditional ale? Ain’t this just a Lithuanian malt liquor?! Pours a darkish gold with a thin foamy head. Aroma and flavor are both corny, grainy sweet and a touch fuselly. Heavy, thickish palate. Kinda gross, but fuller in palate and flavor than american malt liquors...I’m not sure that’s a good thing here. illinismitty (1797), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Feb 27, 2007 Updated: Nov 3, 2007Bottle from Frugal McDougal in Nashville for $2.69. Pours medium golden with a dissapating white head. Aroma of bready malts, hay, and european hops. Wow, this stuff is strong. Initial flavor of sweet malt that is quickly taken over by bitter grassy hops and alcohol. More alcohol and sweetness on the finish, which has a fizzy texture at the back of the throat. Nothing is harmoneous or pleasant. If you need a cheap buzz, this will do it. frankenkitty (1902), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 23, 2007 Looks the same as <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/rinkuškiai-uosto only with slightly more carbonation ("deep golden, mostly dead with a pouty white head that refuses to settle.") Smells mostly like <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/rinkuškiai-uosto only there is a little more grassiness and the alcohol is not as obtrusive ("...a dusty grain silo of pale malts forms a simple base.") Flavor holds its own, however, with a nice malt-to-hop balance before a dry & alcoholic finish.

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Feb 6, 2007 Bottle. Medium white fizzy head that totally diminished, transparent, no lacing, visible carbonation, and a gold hue. Nose was sweet, sour, some light hops and malt. Flavor was somewhat syrupy, dry, sweet, heavy tasting. Smooth, dry mouthfeel. Light-medium body. Obviously by this rating, I was anything but impressed with this brew. Not one to seek out again. | 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 11, 2007 Bottled. Clear medium golden pour with a short-lived white head. Aroma of sweet corn adjuncts & honey with wafts of alcohol singing the nose hairs. Flavor was about the same as the nose... heavy corn, honey, and alcohol.. all those sugars made it really hard to drink.. sticky, sharp finish with a chalky bitterness. Highly viscous around the edges with a slick middle. Not good.
