Aroma is very sweet, fruity, grainy, a little musty, and a touch of spiciness. I was really digging on this aroma for some weird reason. Sweet grainy flavor, with some notes of bubblegum and vanilla, but not like a typical belgian. Medium smooth chewy body with low carbonation. Alcohol on the finish leaves ya feeling warm and fuzzy inside. Lots of tasty alcohol at a low price. Nice job. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Apr 14, 2009 Bottle. Poured golden with a creamy white head that settles quickly. Sweet malt aroma with a light backing of fruits and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with caramel and honey. Medium body. HarmonKill-a-Brew (320), Wilmar, Arkansas, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 29, 2009 Look, this beer is pretty dang malty. And as the previous rater stated, the 9.5% is well hidden. Had a flavor that kinda reminded me of some of the brews put out by Spaten. Seemed better to me than what most of you rated it. hombrepalo (780), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 10, 2009 Bigo 550ml bottle, given to me by a buddy of mine for my bachlors party. Poured clear amber with nice head. Smell of grains, malts, dirt, and grass. Taste is sweet, lots of alcohol presence with carbonation, similar tastes to the description of the smell. Drinkable but not a beer I would buy. Don’t really know where he got this from. DandyWolfFloyd (331), Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Apr 13, 2008 Zwonk! Biff! Blort! It’s kind of like 60’s Batman. It’s aroma is malty alchohol. It’s flavor is the same. It’s appearance and palate are carbonated. It is clean amber. It’s feel is a bit to astringent for me, but it’s actually otherwise ok. Rustyham (585), miami, Florida, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 8, 2009 surprisingly sweet, this guy is ver crips and refreshing, does not at all taste like beer or alcohol. Almost like a cider. That 9.5% is well hidden. nearbeer (1871), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 19, 2008 Updated: Dec 26, 2009500 ml. Sampled on New Years Eve 2007, but couldn’t figure out how to enter a new beer on the site! Golden with a medium-sized and lasting head. Typical honey and grass aroma. Flavor is a nice balance of the same, slightly tilted to the honey side on the front and a hint of a grassy-hop finish. I thought the alcohol was well-hidden. Body is light-medium and sort of smooth; nice winter warmer lager. curly (739), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
