Loose soapy white head and golden-amber body with flaky suspended particles. Munich malts dominate in the nose with elements of well-toasted bread crusts, a note of toffee, and iced tea. Toasty malt flavor with a twangy extract quality. Some warm spicy properties and a mild hop presence. Body is flat and a little watery, especially for a doppelbock. Not bad overall.
