From my BOTM Club: Malty aroma, malty taste... Pretty much sums it up. Not a brew that I would intentionally seek out.

Pours dark brown with a tan frothy head. Sweet malty aroma with a bit of candy. More malt in the flavor. Lightly carbonated. A decent brew.

Appearance was a light brown with little head to speak of. Flavor was mainly chocolate but for some reason sour at the same time. Fairly weak beer overall with a watery aftertaste.. This one really lost out amongst the other quality brews I had on my trip to Atlanta.

Not a big nose, deep dark color with small brown head. A touch of molasses with roasted coffee beans, touch of hops with a watery finish. Decent brew.

A decent dunkel, but definitely not the greatest. Pours a light golden amberish color, with a little soda head. Toasted malt flavor, with some lingering hops in the aftertaste.

Very slight malt aroma. Malty body with a bit of roasted grain. Finishes slightly dry. This beer was not very impressive.

Malty aroma; smells like caramelized carrots. Orange-brown color. Thin head and low carbonation. Small particles present which is unusual because I believe that this is a filtered beer. Very clear otherwise. Feel is a bit thin, flat, and chalky. Malty taste with hops becoming apparent in the aftertaste. Unlike many "bocks", this one actually does seem true to style which is funny because it's listed as a dunkel (?).
