neepsntatties (283), Portland, Oregon, USA Feb 9, 2009 Gad, what a scene! When did this waste of precious natural resources come to be?! I’ve never tasted 10,000 year old mammoth bile, but I suspect this beer comes awfully close! tomciccateri (496), Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA Jan 14, 2009 6-pack in Albuquerque. Pours a clear pale straw color with no head. Slight green chile aroma. Medium body, mild green chile flavor dominates the pale malt flavors and carries well into the finish. Late, slight chile heat. Could go well with with some assertive foods. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Aug 13, 2008 Date: 06/20/2008

JK (2946), Richfield, Minnesota, USA Jul 15, 2008 "Thanks" Skyview. Aroma of jalepeno with the flavor of green peppers. Undrinkable. Only a little heat, hardly any really. KAF (441), Coralville, Iowa, USA Jun 27, 2008 I really enjoy spicy foods and chiles so my rating may reflect that. Hazy yellow color with a thin white head. Fresh sliced pepper in the aroma. Light pepper flavor and slightly hot. ChainGangGuy (2523), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA Jun 21, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, pale yellow body with no head to speak of.
Smell: Roasted chili pepper, baby!
Taste: Pale maltiness with no apparent sweetness to obstruct the chili peppers delivering a roasty, vegetal taste and what could be considered a restrained bitterness. Same until the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Almost no carbonation.
Drinkability: It’s no Cave Creek Chili Beer and that’s definitely a good thing. ATLBeerDog (280), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Jun 20, 2008 Pours very pale and light with not much carbonation. Very clear. No head. Smells of corn and not much chili. First taste is bitter then floral sweet with not too over the top chili. badgerben (3586), Blaine, Minnesota, USA Jun 12, 2008 Punished by BDR with this one. Yellow color with no head. Aroma smells like a freshly sliced green pepper. The taste would be akin to using a chile as a sucker. I will grant that the pepper spice and heat is quite well balanced with the malt and corn flavor. It doesn’t turn into a pint of Tobasco sauce.
