Tasted it after climbing a hill on a biketour at Ærø, it was wonderful in the shadow beside the shopkeeper. Fresh and with body, carbonating. Maybe added candis.

Dark red colour, flat head. Aroma of caramel,alc,raisins,apple and anice hopynes in the end. Flavor is almost the same,citrus- medium body. Medium hopy finish.

May 29, 2006 The best from Rise yet. Bottle. Brownish colour with a nice light brown creamy head. Aroma and taste of sweet malt and caramel. Nice palate.

Nov 24, 2007 Bottle (thanks rlgk & larsniclas) shared with a bunch of RB:s. Dark reddish with a small beige head. Fudgey and earthy malt aroma with dusty hops. Light to medium body, ok mouthfeel. Goog balance with a short bitter finish.

Aug 27, 2006 Bottle. Small but lasting head. Hazy dark red body. Aroma like coffee with brown sugar and some kind of berries. Coffee hops flavor with just a little bitterness at the end.
