Commercial Description:

Bottle thanks to the american chap in the rake. Alround rating: Brown ale with walnuts according to the chap that was selling it! Sweet caeramel, fairly nutty, peppery alcohol, but the alcohol seems fairly hidden. Suprizingly good.

Filtered amber, disappearing head. Fine - medium bubbles. Sweet. Some complexity. A little (hop?) freshness. Somewhat sweet and uncomplex flavor, some (weak) alcohol and a little hop. Not really bad, but really appealing. Can’t taste the Wallnut. Flat. Medium body. Not for me. I think I might like others in this style though. Purchased in SuperBrugsen, Halmtorvet.

Bottled. Reddish coloured. Unclear. Light brown head. Berries, fruitssweetness and distinct walnut in the nose. Flavour has berries, caramel and walnut. Quite thin bodied. Sweetish in the end.

Clear amber with a tiny white head. Aroma had hints of toasted malt and caramel. Quite strong flavour with malty and caramel notes. Lacked bitterness. Finished sweet.
