This is quite a pleasant surprise. The flavor of Raspberry is quite the inferior flavor of this sake. its still pretty straight forward sake with ricey, light mouth feel and drinkable

The aroma has sulfer, dirt, rice and alcohol and almost no raspberry. The appearance is clear yellow. Then flavor is like the aroma and pretty much without the needed fruit flavor. Very bad tasting almost like it’s old or rotten. The palate is oily and thin.

Bottle chilled. Poured light clear color with minimal legs. Moderate coconut raspberry aroma. Light to medium body with a dry texture. Medium sweet flavor with a light sweet finish of short duration. Drinkable softer flavor.

Bottle (purchased at World Market). Strong soy sauce and rice aroma - only slight hint of raspberry. Very light yellow color. Light smooth tasting and long lasting raspberry and rice flavor with moderate alcohol and soy sauce finish. Not at all what I expected - infusion only imparts a very light fruit flavor, not unlike a traditional fruit lambic the way the fruit come out in drinking. Pleasant
