50 cL bottle. Pours dark golden brown with a light orange glare and small tan head. Light metallic aroma mixed with roasted malt. Sweet fruity flavoured mixed with a subdued roasted breadish malt note. Lasting sweet candy like finish.

Smells like ground coffee - wow. Dark dark brown color. Over-sweetened capuccino taste. Light dry espresso end. Very interesting. I like this beer because it is unique for Germany.

On tap at Berliner Bierfest 2004 - Malt and syrup nose. Nearly black and thick outfit. Sweet coffee and chocolate taste - a bit to sweet for my taste but otherwise nice.

on tap at the berlinbierfest04. a real oddity. didn’t take too long to fiure out there was some added sugar syrup. pretty black, licorice and stewed pear aroma, iced coffee flavour with a pleasant lactic tang and plenty of sweetness. really nice stuff
