The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts strong, a little bit alcoholic, quite hoppy. Also spicy-woody notes. Finish still strong, modest sourish. Very drinkable and good beer!

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry and bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

(bottle) Clear, deep golden golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Slightly dusty and ascorbic, minimal bready malty nose with a discreet touch of herbal hops. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Sugary malty base with traces of cara-malt; sweet and slightly sticky with little hops-character and a touch of alcohol. Not completely bad but not very aromatic, nor very rounded. 19.XI.09
