Sep 26, 2007 (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet and grainy malty nose, accompanied by a shy hoppy touch. Soft grainy malty taste with balanced herbal hoppy background; sweet-bitter finish with a touch of herbal hops and a moderate length. Solid quencher when you are in the area.

Feb 23, 2006 Bottle (bought in the Landbierparadies): Golden coloured, firm small head; faint sweet-malty nose with a tinge of honey, distinctive hoppy undertones; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering bitter finish, dry. An unsusual hoppy, bitter Helles; not superb, but really good................
