Dec 15, 2008 Bottle. Deep amber coloured, small and quite stable beige layer. Toasted-malty nose powdered with cacao on one side, lemony-wheaty influences on the second side. Moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied. A bit drier, a bit tart in the lemony-chocolatey finish. A decent Dunkelweizen..............

Oct 30, 2008 Dark amber colroed with hazy appearance. Little yellow head. Yeasty-grainy aroma with sweetness dominating, some roasted chocolate and licorice also present. Some overdone banana note here too. Thin to medium bodied, crispy palate. Flavor is caramelly-syrupy-grainy with hints of dark chocolate, some yeasty-banaan note here too. Well, good for dunkelweizen, still this wont beat good weizen one.
