Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A slightly hazy, orange-golden beer with an off-white head. Fruity and malty nose with hints of banana and butterscotch, but not at annoying levels. Sweet, caramel flavor with fruits and some bitterness. Nice bitterness in the finish with some malty sweetness to balance it. Full-bodied and nicely carbonated. Almost sticky sweet actually, yet again not in an annoying way. A quite nice beer that I wouldn’t mind drinking again. 090821

Nov 14, 2009 Swing-top bottle. Caramel malt flavor. Cloudy orange-brown color with small head. Spicy white pepper and light sweet caramel malt flavor. Very spicy for the style.

Nov 12, 2009 50cl Bottle at In de Wildeman. Hazy dark amber colour, rocky off white head. Aroma of sweet malts, caramel, yeast. Flavour is ligth sweet, toasted malts, yeast, caramel, nice dry bitterness. Light to medium bodied. Good, very likeable beer.

Oct 26, 2009 Clear amber body with a small cream head. Smell is of malt and caramel. Taste is kind of fruity with yeast, malt, and some hoppy bitterness. Mouthfeel is buttery with some mild carbonation. Pretty good beer.
