Sep 12, 2009 Hazy yellow pour, no head. Aroma is you average belgian white aroma, but a little less. Soft boring sweetness initially followed by wheat malt and corriander. Seemed very generic to me. Well done, just boring.

May 18, 2008 Draft at WCBF 2008 as "Belgian Wit Wheat". Light wheat/spice aroma. Hazy golden color with a white head. Near medium body with sharp carbonation. Wheat, citrus and spice flavors. Crisp, clean and refreshing.

May 3, 2006 Draft. Pale golden straw color with a nice white head. Fruity (lemon/summer) flavors with light wheat and some nice yeasty spiciness. Yeasty aroma. Light and refreshing. Medium bodied. Easy to drink.
