16 ounce sample on cask at the brewpub. Aroma has plenty of cereal-biscuit notes present. with a small hint of citrus lemon, which dissipates shortly. Moderately hazy yellow-honey body with a frothy, creamy white head that leaves nice lacing behind. Creamy, chewy start initially. Some biscuits are then present with plenty of buttery diacetyl flavors present in the middle. Has a bit of a milk flavor to finish. Full-bodied and pretty tasty. I can see how the diacetyl might turn some off, but I kind of like it in this beer.
