Jan 3, 2004 Almost colorless with a white, creamy head.
The flavor and aroma are quite nondescript. Thin and watery with a fizzy mouthfeel. Very short, crisp, clean, dry finish. Very drinkable and refreshing, but so is water. Water is less expensive!

Jun 13, 2007 on tap-pours a thin white head and straw color. Aroma is sweet grain, light citrus. Taste is sweet grain, light citrus, wheat, faint hops. Crisp. OK effervescence.

Oct 18, 2006 Draft at River City. Poured light pale with an average frothy white head that diminished quickly with virtually no lacing. Strange cleaning fluid aroma. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a light sweet finish of short duration. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Feb 29, 2004 Tight white head on a almost clear pour, The aroma is quie phenholic and nearly ruined this one for me. Has a bit of a hoppy bite to make up for it though. Decent mouthfeel.

Sep 1, 2009 On tap at the River City brewpub. Pours clear dirty blonde with white head. OK, I get virtually no aroma. So neutral and nothing out of whack other than the lack of smell. So there’s that. With some imagination I think I get spiced apple. The taste is smooth and refreshing starting with grains, apples, apple wedges dipped in some sort of spice and mild floral hops. The grainy malts seem to pick up a slight biscuit or wheat quality to the finish enhancing the experience some.
