Jun 13, 2007 on tap-pours an off white head that laces and copper color. Aroma is medium malt-caramel. Taste is malty, secondary hops. Medium body. OK carbonation.

Jan 3, 2004 Crystal clear, golden ale. Fizzy white head. Very malty aroma with notes of caramel and butterscotch. Perfectly balanced, the flavor mirrors the aroma with some additional buttery and grassy notes. Medium-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Short, crisp, grassy finish.
The flavor is malty sweet up front; well-bittered and tart on the backside. Light-bodied and thin. Lightly oily mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Crisp, clean, refreshing finish.

Oct 18, 2006 Draft at River City. Poured light brown with an average frothy off-white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Moderate toasted sweet malty aroma. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a light sweet finish of moderate duration.

Dec 16, 2003 TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 37. This draft brew was enjoyed at the brewery in Jacksonville Florida. This brew poured a medium sized head of off-white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a transparent orange brown colored uncarbonated body. It had a mild hop skunky red malt aroma and a smooth slightly tingly mouthfeel. The flavor was an typical malt hop type.

Dec 19, 2003 Draft at RCBC in Jacksonville. This beer's appearance was that of a small sized light brown head with fine-large sized bubbles that were mostly lasting. The body was uncarbonated and transparent with an orange hue. The nose was lightly hoppy and malty with a light hoppy taste to it. The mouthfeel was smooth and this is a light bodied beer with fair amounts of lacing. Not a beer that I was impressed with.

Feb 29, 2004 Has the same phenholic quality to it that the light did - probably sitting in the keg for too long. Copper color, decent head. Has a bit of a caramel flavor. Overall, decent.
