Commercial Description:
Bottle: Pasteurised.
Ingredients: Barley malt; organic hops; nettles.
Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall of River Cottage and Hall & Woodhouse worked together to create Stinger.
"Slightly spicy with a light bitterness and a subtle tingle that comes from the nettles. Equally good with summer barbecues and winter roasts or while sitting on a hay bale watching the sun go down".

A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of nettles. The flavor is sweet with notes of Badger yeast and flowers, as well as light notes of nettles. The mouthfeel is very smooth.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow to orange with a white head. Aroma is light pilsner like with a mild fruit note. Flavour holds a light citric and sweet initial flavour followed by a mild mouldy and then slight metallic note. Ends medium dry and mild bitter.
