River Horse Ebeneezers Ale

Draught at the Porterhouse Restaurant. Clear, bright copper body with a persistent silky white head. Aroma of warm nutmeg and maybe clove with a subtle, sweet toasty malt backing. Light but apparent diacetyl. Malty sweet with a very low hop profile and bitterness. The Porterhouse draught beers would all be improved with a short diacetyl rest and a more generous hop bill.
