Commercial Description:
Brewing the perfect ale is truly a balancing act ... Hazardous work you might say. With Hop Hazard our challenge was to hand craft a malt rich base that could counterbalance a combustible five-hop blend and still leave your taste buds with enough room to enjoy a unique, dry-hopped finish.

Bottle, thanks Blankboy. Huge sweet caramel aroma, with some woody hops. Too sweet - off putting. Looks nice - deep mahogany, small bubble white head. Taste - nice pale malt, with tons of woody caramel notes - like aroma, too much. Medium mouthfeel. A good beer buried by the sweetness.

Appearance: Pours a reddish copper-hued, clear body with a loosely organized, thin ring of white bubbles set around the far edge of the beer. Posivitely headless! Smell: Little else besides a light, bready malt aroma with just a bit of grassiness. Taste: Middling, sweet malt dough flavor. Some citrusy hops, however faint, finally present themselves in the abrupt, dry finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Somewhat watery. Drinkability: Though one might think a "Hop Hazard" would imply some sort of hop-based danger or calamity, its nothing of the sort - I hereby propose a change of title to "Precious Hop Kitten".

This is not one of my favorite beers. Its hop notes aren’t too, loud, haha get it, notes, music, loud, anyways, I wasn’t a big fan of it.

Garbage. Pours urine with running bubbles and little head. Aroma is stale, and a bit grassy. Flavor is tangy but off, not pleasant.

six 12oz bottles. Will not buy again. Flavor is good, but overall inpression is wattered down IPA. Good bitterness, easy to drink but unsubstantial.

12oz bottle. Dark copper colored body, clear. Sweaty BO hop nose, tinny and metallic and sour smelling. Semi-crisp up front, more coarse burnt hops and moderate bitterness across the middle and back. Seems moldy. Didn’t really enjoy it too much.

good ipa flavors in a watered down offering. copper colored brew slightly cloudy right from the bottle. medium body refreshing and lightly bitter. good play on a weakened malt base that may be less than genuine.

Sweet malt aroma wiht a nice light hop bitterness detectable. Copper in appearance. Medium palate. Light malt flavor with a decent hop presence throughout. Easy to drink and well balanced.
