Commercial Description:
Brewing the perfect ale is truly a balancing act ... Hazardous work you might say. With Hop Hazard our challenge was to hand craft a malt rich base that could counterbalance a combustible five-hop blend and still leave your taste buds with enough room to enjoy a unique, dry-hopped finish.

Bottle. Disappointing, not offensive but nothing special either. Pours with an amber or copper color. Not much of an aroma, flavors of malts with a weak hops undertone. Mouthfeel is very watery, no finish to speak of, forgettable.

Copper appearance with creamy white head and minimal carbonation. Hoppy aroma. The flavor is sweeter than expected with notes of caramel. The hops, while noticeable, are not nearly as strong as I expected given the beer’s name. Finishes with a mild bitterness. A bit syrupy.

Pours dark caramel brown with little head. Aroma is sweet roasted malts. Taste on the front side is sweet hops with a bit of coffee. Back side is bitter, dry. Good palate.

This pale ale pours a dark brown color form a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is floral and grapefruit with some earthiness. Medium bodied pale ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are mostly earthy and floral, but there is a nice citrusy/grapefruity bite as well. Nice balance. Very nice beer. Would make a decent session ale. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

12 oz. Bottle. Clear deep copper color with some head and a little lacing. Malt nose with sharp citrus notes. Balanced and smooth with hints of citrus pleasant hop bite. Nicely made beer.

really easy to drink this one, real mild hop preceance and a nice subtle malt sweetness to it. Kinda watery but a good session beer.

A solid, sessionable APA. Deep amber pour with a slender off-white head. Caramel aroma with floral (rose petal)and citric hop scents. Medium-bodied, it has good balance between the malty sweetness and the hop bitterness in the flavor, ending on an abrupt, citric, bitter note.
