May 2, 2006 Pours dark caramel brown with little head. Aroma is sweet roasted malts. Taste on the front side is sweet hops with a bit of coffee. Back side is bitter, dry. Good palate.

May 1, 2006 This pale ale pours a dark brown color form a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is floral and grapefruit with some earthiness. Medium bodied pale ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are mostly earthy and floral, but there is a nice citrusy/grapefruity bite as well. Nice balance. Very nice beer. Would make a decent session ale. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Apr 30, 2006 12 oz. Bottle. Clear deep copper color with some head and a little lacing. Malt nose with sharp citrus notes. Balanced and smooth with hints of citrus pleasant hop bite. Nicely made beer.

Apr 18, 2006 A solid, sessionable APA. Deep amber pour with a slender off-white head. Caramel aroma with floral (rose petal)and citric hop scents. Apr 17, 2006 Dark amber pour with a thin and short lasting white head. Malty caramel aroma with some floral hops. Initially very malty with a lot of bread/dough. Hops come through in the finish, mostly citrus with moderate bitterness. A tad watery, but a solid take on an APA.

Apr 17, 2006 Nose of spice, alcohol, some citrus, cereal & oats, flowers, resin, and burnt molasses.
Pours a hazy clover honey. The off white head is mostly diminishing with light lace. The
brew is well balanced with plenty of malt. Light acidity transcends into a long nutty bitter
finish with hints of dried fruit. Reminds me more of an English Pale or ESB than an APA.
The medium body is soft and dry.
