Commercial Description:
Brewing the perfect ale is truly a balancing act ... Hazardous work you might say. With Hop Hazard our challenge was to hand craft a malt rich base that could counterbalance a combustible five-hop blend and still leave your taste buds with enough room to enjoy a unique, dry-hopped finish.

Pours amber with an off white head. Aroma has some hops but is generally pretty lite. Flavor is also light, slightly sour and a a little hoppy but the mouthfeel is watery. not very good.

A really great hoppy beer. The hops is not overpowering, it’s done just right. Not too much malt either

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear amber with virtually no head except for a thin ring around the glass. Left a minimal amount of lace. Aroma is sweet with the usual APA citrus nose, with more emphasis on the sweetness. Flavor is grassy with a touch of citrus. A nice balance of malts and hops. Finishes with a heavy dose of bitterness. Average pale ale.

An amber beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet alcoholic and rather hoppy, while the flavor is sweet alcoholic, combinede with light notes of metal, and the hops only makes their presence known from a dry end.

Copper body, creamy/fizzy head. Sweet, syrup-like hop aroma. Some grassy sweet alfalfa Dry, but sweet grassy and citrusy hops. Sweetness is caramelly. A little weak-seeming overall in body, but nicely balanced.

Clear amber body under a thin white ring of bubbles. Strong aroma - crystal malt, those worthless orange/black halloween candies with and light orange candy hops. Nicely hopped flavor - bready caramel malt provides a characterful backing. On top of that is juicy orange/strawberry hops. Resinous pine finish. A great APA - compelling in both the malt and hop departments.

Pours to a hazy bronze body witha thin white head. Decent lacing. The aroma is citrus hops, brown sugar, very sweet caramellyness; candy corn, circus peanuts or something similar. The flavor has some earthy/grassy hops, sweet malts, very nicely balanced. Sweet and lightly bitter. Medium-light body.
